Warranty
Smart Toilets, Jacuzzis & Bathtubs
Smart Toilets – 2-Year Warranty
• Covers factory defects in parts and service
• Excludes: seat cover, remote, motherboard, and flip cover if damaged by misuse or mishandling
• Warranty is void if the unit is cemented, improperly installed, physically damaged, or tampered
• All transportation fees are to be paid by the customer, regardless of warranty status
• Moderno does not offer refunds; only replacements for qualified issues
Jacuzzi with Jet Water Massage – 2-Year Warranty
• Covers: tub body, motor, jet system, and internal piping defects
• Excludes: cracks, leaks, or electrical damage due to improper installation or handling
• Transportation and inspection costs are always customer’s responsibility
Bathtubs – 2-Year Warranty
• Covers structural and component defects
• Excludes: jet nozzles, control panel, drain, and remote if damaged by misuse or unauthorized repair
• Client bears all transport and evaluation costs for any warranty claim

Smart Kitchen Sink – 1-Year Warranty
• Covers manufacturing defects under residential use
• Excludes: power surge damage, scratches, discoloration, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Void if installed incorrectly or used commercially
• All shipping and service inspection fees must be paid by the customer
• Replacements only; no refunds

Heated Towel Racks, Mirrors, Vanities, Showers & Faucets
Heated Towel Racks – 6-Month Warranty
• Covers factory defects
• Replacements only — no repair service
• Excludes: damage caused by rust, scratches, chemical exposure, or misuse
• Return/replacement shipping costs must be shouldered by the client
LED Mirrors & Vanity Mirrors – 6-Month Warranty
• Covers: LED system, defogger, mirror surface (upon delivery), and ceramic sink (if damaged during shipping)
• Excludes: moisture damage, cleaner stains, improper voltage, or unauthorized modifications
• No coverage for mirrors/cabinets reported damaged after 7 days
• Customer covers all transportation and inspection charges for returns or service
Shower Sets & Faucets – 6-Month Warranty
• Covers: manufacturing defects
• Excludes: normal wear and tear, water pressure issues, incorrect plumbing, chemical damage
• Customer is responsible for any shipping or evaluation fees

Compact Bathroom Fixtures
Applies to: Smart Trash Bin, Modern Basin, Exhaust Fan, Toothbrush Holder
• 7-Day Replacement Policy for verified factory defects or shipping damage
• Requires uncut unboxing video and complete original packaging
• Shipping cost for returning the item is at the buyer’s expense
• No refunds; replacement only
• Misuse, incorrect installation, or cosmetic damage voids eligibility

• Customers must cover all transport costs when returning items

• Cosmetic damage after delivery is not covered
• Regardless of warranty status, all transportation, technician visit, and inspection costs are to be paid by the customer
