Yes! We ship to serviceable areas nationwide via AP Cargo or Ninja Van.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery timelines:
• Metro Manila: 3–5 business days
• Provincial: 5–20 business days (depending on location)

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at (0997) 589 4887.

4. Do I need to pay for shipping?
Yes. Shipping fees vary based on location, weight, and product size. Some promos include FREE shipping to select areas with a minimum purchase requirement.

5. How much will be my shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by our third-party courier. We can provide you with an estimate, but the final amount will depend on the courier’s actual computation once your shipment details are confirmed.

4. Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Some products can be self-installed. However, we recommend professional installation for smart toilets and advanced fixtures to ensure warranty validity. (Transportation fees may apply.)

3. Where can I get replacement parts?
Replacement parts are available through our branches. Contact us for availability and pricing.

4. How do I schedule a repair?
Please message our Customer Service team or your nearest branch. (Transportation fees may apply.)

5. Are technician transportation fees included in the warranty?
No — transportation fees are not covered by warranty and must be shouldered by the client.

1. What is your warranty coverage?
• Smart Toilets: 2-year warranty
• Other Selected Bathroom Fixtures: 6 months to 1-year warranty

2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

👉 For security, we recommend recording a video upon delivery and unboxing.

3. Under what conditions are returns not accepted?
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Items without proof of purchase or delivery/unboxing proof

4. How do I file a warranty claim?

1. Do smart toilets consume a lot of electricity?
No. Our smart toilets are energy-efficient, with auto power-off functions and some models with Eco Mode.

What if there’s no electricity? Can I still use the smart toilet?
Yes — our smart toilets have an emergency battery. You can still use it with limited features.

2. Are your kitchen sinks rust-resistant?
Yes. They are made from high-quality stainless steel. However, exposure to harsh chemicals, saltwater, or not drying the sink may cause discoloration over time.

3. How do I clean the smart toilet?
We recommend using Pink Stuff for general cleaning. For the bowl, you may use the bubble solution that comes with the smart toilet.

4. Are your products water-efficient?
Yes — our smart toilets and digital faucets are designed to save water without compromising performance.

5. Do you accept customized products?
Yes — we accept customized products for bathtubs, smart mirrors, and vanities. Please note that customization will incur additional fees.

6. How long is the lead time for pre-order?
Estimated lead time is 45–60 days.
