Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Moderno Home Depot. We value your trust and strive to provide only high-quality products and services. In line with our Product & Service Warranty Agreement, please see our Refund Policy below:


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
• The product or service has a factory/manufacturer defect that cannot be repaired or replaced within the warranty terms.
• The product was delivered with damages or defects documented through an unedited unboxing video and reported within the allowed period.
• Services rendered were not performed according to agreed specifications, and issues cannot be resolved through rework under the Service Warranty.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for the following:
• Incorrect orders, change of mind, or preference-based returns.
• Products with damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, alteration, or cemented installation.
• Items with cosmetic damage, scratches, or minor issues not affecting product functionality.
• Transportation fees, labor fees, and delivery costs (these are non-refundable even in valid refund cases).


3. Conditions & Process
• All refund requests must be filed within 7 days from delivery (for product issues) or within 7 days of service completion (for service issues).
• Customer must provide complete documentation: invoice, warranty certificate, and unedited unboxing video (for deliveries).
• Products must be returned in original packaging with all parts/accessories intact.
• Refunds will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by Moderno’s Quality Team.


4. Refund Method
• Approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment within 14 business days after confirmation.
• For bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.


5. Alternative Resolution

Instead of a refund, customers may also choose from the following (if applicable):
• Replacement of the defective product (as per 7-Day Replacement Policy).
• Repair or service rework under warranty coverage.
• Store credit equivalent to the approved refund value, usable on any Moderno product/service.
