Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at modernohomedepot@gmail.com within 7 days, along with clear photos of the issue. Our team will promptly review and assist you with a resolution.
We recommend inspecting your order — including the item’s condition and all included parts — upon delivery, even if you don’t plan to install it right away. Issues reported beyond 7 days may no longer be eligible for replacement or reshipment.
